The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) confers the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation which is recognized throughout the industry as the pinnacle of achievement for land real estate professionals.

Nominated by other ALCs for the rigorous, three-year program, Henon is one of only 13 ALCs in Tennessee and 470 worldwide. As an ALC, Henon brings to clients in-depth knowledge in all aspects of taxation, investment, brokerage, subdividing, and planning in agricultural, transitional, timberland, historic, and recreational properties. He has access to cutting-edge industry data and a strong network of fellow land professionals ensuring his clients receive elite expertise and service when buying or selling properties for uses ranging from development to farming to conservation.
